2. Placing an Order With Us.

2.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 028 8772 9787.

2.2 When you place an order with us via our website, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

2.3 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order (according to our delivery terms). If your order contains any oversized items, someone from our sales team will be in contact with you to advise you on carriage costs.

2.4 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a difference in price or delivery date, we will inform you of any changes before proceeding with your order.

2.5 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

2.6 You can pay for the goods in full at the time or ordering via card or you can invoice your account. If you wish to pay by card we use secure payment facilities for online purchases and accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

3. Delivery and Charges

3.1 We aim to meet all quoted delivery dates as set out in our delivery terms, however in the event of us not delivering in time we shall not be liable for late or incorrect delivery.

3.2 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

3.3 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

3.4 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 5 working days.

3.5 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

4. Returns

4.1 We accept returns up to 30 days from date of despatch (see our Returns Policy for details). Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to purchase the order.

4.2 We accept returns of faulty items (see our Returns Policy for details), however we can not be held liable for faulty installation, misuse, alteration, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to produce original receipt,  normal wear and tear or accident, nor will we be liable for any other losses or consequential expenses incurred.

4.3 Carriage for returns, faulty or otherwise, must be covered by the buyer.

5. Price

5.1 Unless otherwise stated, the price of the goods shown on our website is exclusive of VAT and other taxes.

5.2 The company reserves the right to vary prices at any time.


6. Use of Website

6.1 You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.

7.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available 24 hours every day , 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

7.2 This website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.
