Next working day delivery if placed before 2pm, charged at £6.* †

Zone 2 - Rest of Northern Ireland

Zone 3 - Republic of Ireland
Next working day delivery charged at £9.* †

Zone 4 - England, Scotland and Wales
2-3 working days delivery charged at £15.* †

Zone 5 - Scottish Highlands
2-3 working days delivery charged at £35.* †

Click & Collect
Collections at our premises can be made from 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am - 12pm on Saturday. Collection will be available 2 hours after order is placed.

Oversized Goods
Long and heavy goods such as trunking, conduit and cable etc are difficult to transport by our normal carriers and therefore may incur a surcharge on delivery. If a surcharge is required on your order a member of our sales team will contact you before delivery.


NB: Delivery outside of our normal delivery schedule - urgent or otherwise - will always be considered. Please give our sales team a call on (028) 8772 9787 to discuss this further.


Returns Policy

Collections and Returns

Dungannon Electrical Wholesale will accept returns up until 30 days after dispatch date on the conditions:

  • The original sales invoice is provided.
  • The goods are returned in all original packaging.
  • The materials contain all original documents (instructions, manuals, warranties or any other literature).
  • Product is deemed by our returns department to be in a re-sellable condition.
All refunds are made to the same payment method used originally to place the order (e.g. VISA Card) - unless specifically requested otherwise.

Faulty Products

  • Products that are faulty must be returned within the maufacturer's warranty period.
  • The original sales invoice must be provided.
  • The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Dungannon Electrical Wholesale in writing; incomplete items or parts may not be returned.
  • Products within the manufacturers specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the manufacturer.
NB: Dungannon Electrical Wholesale does not accept liabillity for direct or indirect consequential loss caused by faulty product.To arrange a return after 90 days of despatch;
